Get in touch

Ask about a piece, or talk through something new.

Every painting is original and painted by hand. I read every message myself and reply personally — usually within a day or two, occasionally longer if I'm out on the hills with a sketch pad.

Your details are only used to reply to you. Nothing stored, nothing shared.

Frequently asked

A few things people often ask.

Are the paintings originals or prints?
Every painting on the site is an original, one-of-a-kind work — sketched in the field, then finished by hand in my studio in acrylic and Indian ink. I don't currently sell prints.
Do you ship paintings outside the UK?
Yes. Pieces have travelled across the UK and over to collectors in the United States and Europe. Shipping is quoted per piece based on size and where it's heading — drop me a line and I'll come back with a figure.
Can I commission a painting of a specific Dorset view or another landscape?
Yes — I take a small handful of commissions each year. Whisky labels, pieces for interior designers, hospital and corporate work, private landscapes of a place that matters to you. Tell me the view, the wall it's heading for, and your timing, and we'll go from there.
Can I visit the studio to see paintings in person?
Studio visits at Sydling St Nicholas are very welcome by appointment. Send a note through the form and we'll find a quiet morning that suits.
How much are the greeting cards and what's the minimum order?
The Dorset landscape greeting cards are £3 each, blank inside, with a minimum order of 5 cards (mix and match any designs). They're posted from the studio.
