A small in the field diptych showing the continuous scene spread across two canvases. Made as part of a commissioned project, I often sketch a view many times to give me the freedom to abstract the landscape as its more familiar to me. I have walked and looked down at this village view virtually every day since moving to Sydling with heading out with my dog.
